2. Your Usage Wallet (pay for what you use)
This is a prepaid credit balance that powers your real-time communications and AI features. Think of it like a prepaid card — we load it upfront, your automations draw from it as they run, and it auto-refills when it gets low. You only pay for the messages sent, calls made, and AI responses generated.
Your wallet is only charged when these services are actively being used:

With auto-reload enabled, no. Your wallet refills automatically before it hits zero. We recommend keeping auto-reload on at all times.
What if I want to add more credits manually?
You can top up your wallet at any time from inside your NovaCore dashboard under Settings → Billing.
Is usage billing normal? Do other platforms charge this way?
Yes — every major communication platform charges per message or per minute. The difference with NovaCore is full transparency: you see the exact cost of every action, and you never pay for activity that didn’t happen.
What if my usage is lower than estimated?
Your wallet balance simply carries forward. Unused credits don’t expire.
